Thank you for visiting our page and taking the first step to renewing your heart and mind with the hope of finding healing through counseling. Renew Your Mind Counseling Center (RYMCC) is a private-pay only boutique practice located in Stuart, Florida which was established after several years of prayerful consideration. The name of the organization was inspired by biblical wisdom found in Romans 12:2, where it commands "Do not conform to the pattern of this world, but be transformed by the renewing of your mind. Then you will be able to test and approve what God's will is- His good, pleasing and perfect will."
I have been a licensed mental health counselor in the state of Florida since 2010 and have over 15 years of experience in providing effective therapeutic services to hundreds of grateful clients. In 2018, I opened Renew Your Mind Counseling Center in order to better serve the community which I accomplish by offering creative and individualized treatment plans and services that make sense for your unique needs- not your insurance plan! My priority is providing superior mental health services and exceeding expectations in a private, peaceful, and comfortable atmosphere which I believe you will experience at our new location in Downtown Stuart. I specialize in working with adolescents and adults who suffer from anxiety, depression, relationship issues, stage-of-life issues, marriage and family issues, and trauma just to name a few. I utilize a Cognitive Behavioral and Person-Centered Approach; this means I provide the guidance and insight into your present problems, but therapy sessions are centered around you. I am also extensively trained in EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing) which is a psychotherapy that enables people to heal from the symptoms and emotional distress that are the result of disturbing life experiences. It has proven to be extremely effective in providing amazing results for my clients.
